Overview 

Over 237 consultants have delivered critical software solutions for a leading investment bank across key areas like customer services, investment planning, compliance, cloud migration, AML risk, and KYC.

Working in Agile Scrum teams of 10 to 13 experts from strategic global locations, they've provided seamless, high-quality solutions to meet complex industry demands and ensure regulatory compliance.

Solution

The project focused on a range of software development capabilities, leveraging expertise in languages such as Java, .NET, C++, Python, and Scala, as well as Business Process Management (BPM). This was complemented by both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring rigorous quality control.

The team also provided comprehensive business analysis services and robust project management solutions, including Agile coaching, Scrum Master, and PM roles. Additionally, the we delivered UI design and web development to create user-friendly and visually engaging digital interfaces.
